My Dear Sachin Tendulkar

I became an ardent fan of Tendulkar only because of his Father. Whom I had met at Patkar College Goregaon Mumbai, in Nov 1997 in a 4L Elocution Competition. I was that time a pompous manager of Aptech who had sponsored the competition. I reached late to the event as a busy manager, then sat on an empty chair next to an Old Humble Gentleman. To all college Students who were aptechites and participating in the competition I was loudly clapping and trying to impress the Old Gentleman by conveying him that I was a young manager from Aptech.

This continued for awhile, the competition got over and the judges were introduced at length and then it was turn of one Marathi Poet, Writer, Professor of Kirti College, Mr Ramesh Tendulkar who was also Father of Sachin Tendulkar and this gentleman next to me got up and went on the stage and he was so humble, I felt so embarrassed on my pompousness. Later, I too was invited for a cup of tea with the judges and I had the priviledge of shaking hands with this Gentleman twice, once while the first intro and later while begging leave.

While we were leaving the staff room I saw Tendulkar Sir being surrounded by the college students good in number. All wanting an autograph. And I just asked myself what have I done for my dad so far? Some days later I woke up and cried in the middle of the night with the same regret of not having given a single chance to my dad to feel proud of me. And I promised myself to give my best in my work. Meanwhile I came across the Radio Announcer Hunt at the All India Radio and I put in my best just because of the Tendulkars Aura that was felt live at Patkars. I got selected as an Announcer with All India Radio. And I said Thanks to the Tendulkar Father and Son, witnessing whom I learnt to achieve without pompousness and by putting best.

Coming on to today’s Point

The desperate Feminists have now hijacked the mind of Humble ICONS. Tendulkar has spoken something with regards to the responsibility of a male and Domestic Violence Awareness and who would not speak? but may be he is not aware of the facts. Such organizations fool such humble people with false surveys and stats supported by hand in glove media. And get statements out of ICONS, market them to get funds and then misuse for manufacture of more false statistics by filing false cases and feed the corrupt pockets and fill the innocent minds with help of media Captivity. And its my moral duty to inform this Proud Mumbai Indian about the truth.

The condition of an Indian Husband (Perceived V/s Real).

Indian Husbands do not have a provision to record a cognizable offence and Indian Wives have the power to record a false FIR that will attract jail to the entire family of Indian husbands. Proven Misuse of 98% as per NCRB and Acknowledged by Supreme court as Legal Terrorism. to get rid of this misuse of law Domestic Violence has been framed where one can lie and get the demands fulfilled from the court without being caught. Even Girija Vyas has been caught agreeing on this point. 

Married Men Continue to commit suicides and their data is hidden. People Speak of 30K married women committing suicides year on year but no one want to talk, publish, telecast, research the fact from NCRB data that every year almost double married men commit suicide, 58000 in yr 2007 alone. Indian Husbands are like Tendulkar’s Batting without bat.

Buckonered Dismissals by System and Society.

The husband is a helpless Sachin with the burden of the team (Work, Home, Family) and the System including Police, judges are all Bucknors who arguably has given most wrong and harsh decisions against Sachin in this case Indian Husbands. Be it Alimony, 498a, 406, child custody etc, you name it and its all against the Hubby.

Society and Similarity between Sachin and Indian Husbands:

If You play well then you are labeled as bound to play and if you are in a lean patch, all would criticize. In case of Hubbies too yes friends, Society, Courts etc will never listen to the plea of the hubby as he is strictly duty bound where as the Wife is strictly Right Bound with no duties attached to her.

Learning from Sachin:

To name a few sledgers Mark Taylor, Mervin Hughes, Wasim Akram to Abdul Qadir all have got in to massive confessions of sledging on Tendulkar, bowling bodylines, Targetting him and keeping a watch. But he has kept calm. Similarly Indian Husbands have the Taylors to Symonds of the World in their Wives’ Nagging but they have to keep calm. But the Advantage that Sachin has is he can talk with his bat by hammering the opposition, Indian Husbands on the other end are not allowed to react else they are charged of verbal Domestic Violence and its other fragments. Hence Indian Husbands are Losers unlike Sachin on Field who has his basic strength execution with him. Husbands on the other hand are victims of the violation of Basic Constituional right of Article 14 of not being discrminated on basis of Creed, Sex.

Sachin said that "I never played with a runner in my entire life, even in schools, because only I know where the ball is going and how hard, when I hit the ball, something my runner will never know about". Similarly do not depend totally on the lawyer who acts as a runner and may run you out. plan your own strategy and have a team like SIF and call the shots by being in control of the situation.

Appeal to Sachin:  

One does not have to be a cancer patient to support the Cancer Cause, Similarly being happily married does not stop one from supporting the Slient Innocent Indian Husbands and his innocent parents and siblings. Dear Sachin, do Mention your reservation on Misuse of the Law on Innocent Sr citizen Parents and Mothers and Sisters of Husband, Do oppose the misuse of law by the Unscruplous Wives. And Do support the truth. The Let the world know that you are not against innocents and with the hidden criminals. Data is out, thanks to RTI. Now there is no secrecy and fooling of Humble Icons.

I have always prayed for you as you are my IDOL of life, I danced better than my Nephew today when you got your Double Ton in One day today. As a younger brother, I request you to Please pray for the Innocents and do not fall prey to supporting of a Group that is destructive under the carpet and project a false cause. I am sure you will not disappoint the Innocent Indian Husbands. Your Statement Matters a Lot. We take you very seriously. I hope you recognise our plight.

Domestic POK's

Terrorism promotes fear, and Terrorism cannot be justified as a Fight for the downtrodden. I remember Gandhiji telling his freedom fighter brothers that we are not fighting for Punishing anyone, we are fighting for a CHANGE.

On the other hand Terrorism is caused by empowering one person who justifies the atrocities by committing the same on innocents. On the similar lines Pakistan officially supports the terrorists by calling it Jaanbaz Jihadi’s freedom struggle and its pressure on pressurizing India brought about Pakistan Occupied Kashmir a.k.a PoK where the activities of terrorism against India are conceived and born.

Similarly the Indian Law and its Makers have bought about a domestic level terrorist, as the so called politically correct pressure of pressurizing a Male has bought about a PoK in every Indian home where the legal terrorist weapons against the Indian husband are executed. A potential domestic terror threat to an Indian Male is supported by PAK, I mean Parliamentarians, Administration; Advocates and Kanoon; Kotwals etc. and what are these domestic POK’s all about? Lets see…

POK – Patni Occupied Kamai / Kharcha

Once the dispute starts (n number of reasons that are silly), the wife or patni rapes Husband through his Pockets and false cases. The working women manages to lie to the court and get the Alimony / Maintenance in her favor. Uses the same money to file more litigation against the Innocent Husband and his family. Under same laws but different courts e.g. Family courts and Magistrate courts and thus derive benefit and pleasure of harassing.

POK – Patni Occupied Kamra / Kholi.

This domestic terror rips the family apart as the suicide bomber patni comes home and occupies the Kamra (Room) or Kholi (entire house) and drives away the hubby family as per courts orders. The most loosely drafted law as per the Rare Sensible Judges in the Indian Courts have made this possible.

POK – Patni Occupied Kids.

The father becomes a 48 hrs visitor in 365 days of the child as the courts cannot grant more time for the kid with the deserted father. The poisoned mind of the kid later is not able to connect to the father due to absence of bonding. A daughter is kept further away, as a couple of rare cases are cited to conclude father as a potential rapist. Where as the observation goes that a father daughter bond is as special as a mother and son.

POK – Patni Occupied Kanoon

Everywhere lazy and helpless authorities fix the blame to the script of law. Nobody has ever spoken of fixing the problem, NDA recommended Malimath who exposed the misuse to a great extent but the Govt was overpowered. Ms Nanda nodded to the misuse and NCW ripped her from her post. Pratibhatai introduced 41 (a) crpc amendment in police arrest procedure but lawyers went on strike as debugging this was a hit on the business of these pimps. So the winner is Patni. Losers are Women (Mothers and Sisters of Hubby) Husband, his siblings, his father and other relatives.

POK – Patni Occupied Kimti Waqt

A husband loses his peak time of life (kimti waqt – precious time) as nothing supports him due to the perpetuated natural burden of being a male is laid upon him. So he is at the mercy of the wife and cases where peak time and earning and potential productive planning is lost in unproductive justifications and fines in name of Alimony, Maintenance, Court Cases and negotiations, fighting fears of False cases of DV, 498a, 406, crpc125 etc. The time lost is anywhere from 2yrs to 6,7,8 and on and on. Worst are the cases where the hubby is in a forever pre-explosion stage, stranded for years and promised an amicable action by estranged wife every next week-forever-endlessly.

POK – Patni Occupied Khwab

Khwab – Dreams, yes all these are bound to give you sleepless nights and if at all you are blessed with sleep then you may get nightmares.

What do we do?

Keep fighting back. Keep supporting each other. Bring about the change. And stand firm. Keep fighting from a civil Disobedience to awareness to common man and media; from shaking up the pretentious sleepers to Debugging, towards a society of real equality, real empowerment and co-existance.

SIF Scores at Inter Collegiate Medical Symposium

After the Mass Media Group of Rizvi College Bandra in 2006-7 who stood 1st in their sociology project, This year a group of young Medical Students at Grant Medical College Mumbai, have identified Battered Husband Syndrome as Valid and have adopted this as a project. They are spreading awareness about something that has been ignored till decades now. That is to say that they have identified SIF’s cry that even males suffer and there is something that all need to know. They being the future Doctors have shown sensibility and compassion towards the so called animal MAN.

As a part of their curriculum they have to study various laws that would touch their profession, 498a being one of them. But these 9 students have realized the misuse angle or its threat that takes a toll on the dynamics of the Mind of a Man, given his responsibilities as an ATM, the challenge of being emotionally strong in all circumstances and then being labeled as STONE.

These dynamic budding doctors want to go beyond the classrooms with this awareness campaign. Hence at an inter collegiate level they chose the topic of battered husband syndrome instead of a typical Leprosy or AIDS talk, they have been able to convey the pain well and compete with the topic to the likes of Heart Surgery and Modern Techniques, Cancer etc.

In a very short time they picked up the topic very well and have been able to present to the Aam Junta, it is totally their hard work and research. Their Version 1 got good response and a 2^nd Prize at Avishkar an Intercollegiate Festival organized by KEM Hospital, they have decided to go ahead with Version 2 of their presentation with an elevated knowledge of the said subject for the future symposiums. The first prize belonged to a media savvy, well backed and socially accepted topic 'Autism'.

My heartiest Congratulations to the Navratnas and I wish them all the luck for all the future symposiums with their efforts SIF have scored at Inter Collegiate Medical Symposium. My sincere gratitude to them for representing this topic so far and for the future to come as they will be instrumental in making the campus aware of this gross misuse with a unique medical and Human angle towards Man that is missing at large in the books of law and in the mindsets of the society.
